On this website, Steffie explains what you can do if you have complaints about your care. This care could be provided by, for instance, a doctor, hospital, dentist or pharmacy. But also by a care institution or youth care organisation. Do you have a complaint about your care?

Do you have a complaint about your care or, for instance, a medicine? Then call the National Healthcare Report Centre of the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate on 088 120 50 20. Do you have a complaint about the youth care you receive? Then call 088 120 50 05. You can also submit your complaint or question online.
